Central Bohemian Region, Mělník District, 

although the boats have probably not been repaired here for quite a long time, the area looks as if it is still partially used. One of the buildings is probably a hostel and there are several parked machines, which are definitely not abandoned.
Getting into the halls is a bit of a challenge, but nothing impossible. Apart from a few presumably marine engines and gensets, there are also 3 large river boats and a police boat...
Eventually there was a climb up one of the cranes.
