The abandoned recreation centre is dilapidated and ruined. There is one large building with three floors and there are a few cabins and another smaller building occupied by homeless people. The property is not guarded but you will occasionally run into airsofters or just homeless people who are extremely cool but you still better watch where you step. On the roof of the main building you will find a painting of a woman by well known artists ( Unlimited Freedom Ritchie and JW Mind Strike ).
