Such a sweetheart :) František Odkolek, joint stock company steam mill and bread factory, Vysočany. The era of Odkolek in the Owl Mills is long over and the Prague Jewish wholesaler and industrialist Alexander Schück built this bakery empire with the help of their shareholding. The complex also includes the buildings of the former Frey sugar factory, the first industrial complex in Vysočany. Yes, the one where the legendary Avie was subsequently born. Only the office building, the clock and the southern facade of the mill remain from the buildings designed by architect Hubert Gessner, which the developer intends to incorporate into a new residential building.
