The new Palmovka by Pleskot, ten years ago a new town hall was finally born despite opposition, until now scattered in ten buildings. A year later, the opposition won the elections, which sparked several court cases after it stopped paying the builders and allegedly halted construction in spite of itself. So the hundreds of millions went up the chimney... It was supposed to cost over a billion and besides the city hall, there was a market, a parking lot, a gym and offices. All of which was supposed to capitalize on the investment in the entire building. But the new masters of Prague 8 have made a show of stewardship in our country. Moreover, they lost the lawsuits.
