In 1898, it was decided to build a brewery and malting plant, which has been preserved almost in its authentic form. This seems unbelievable, because after the end of the export production of beer, which was mainly exported to Germany and America, the buildings were used by canneries from the 1950s onwards to produce cider, fruit juice and wine.
