The magical ruins of a former pulp and paper factory from 1881. It was also home to a car repair shop and after its departure, the site was bought by a developer with a vision to save the buildings by converting them into loft housing. Reportedly, clearing has already begun, but it hasn't made much progress and the plan has probably fallen through.
