The Czernins had a hunting lodge built on the site of the court of the Bohemian queens. Subsequent generations built a new Baroque chateau instead, designed by F. M. Kaňka. Then the Lobkovicz family drove it out and had the so-called Stone Rooms on the ground floor decorated, whose rococo stucco and paintings are among the best in Bohemia. And when the communists stole it, they "promoted" it to the headquarters of a yeshiva... Now it's in the hands of the original owners and for sale.
