It's a beautiful, warm spring Friday, and what better way to make the most of it than to go for an urbex? :D
This building wasn't originally planned at all. We stumbled upon it by accident when another location didn't work out due to a homeless man just moving in and quietly smoking a cigarette by the window.

We were surprised that this location was not at all run down or stolen due to its age and the length of time it has been abandoned. The cables in the substation are missing, but that's about it. The doors are in place, the windows have glass, and there are even circuit breakers still in the substation.
